In this role, I was responsible for dealing with customer complaints, maintaining a pleasant working environment for all users, and keeping the library organized through teamwork alongside my peers. This involved a high level of teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
Volunteer Curatorial Assistant

This role included assisting the curatorial team with administrative work, researching, planning and organizing a new First World War exhibition. Working in the curatorial department of a respectable local gallery, I learnt how to handle museum collections properly and how to work effectively in a functioning local studies archive. I spent a lot of time working alongside the staff in the archive center researching, handling documents, and using CALM software.
