I'm a senior marketing manager who has worked in two large FTSE 100 companies, with over 16 years of brand, marketing communications experience across a wide variety of functions in the UK and internationally. I'm also a very ambitious marketer with a track record of delivering across different roles, in different sectors. I'm now looking for my next opportunity, in a dynamic, customer-led business.
I led the brand and communications strategy for BP Retail fuels across 17 markets worldwide. As part of this I developed communications toolkits, as well as the product proposition and go-to-market strategy for one of their biggest ever product launches. I also managed the day-to-day relationships for the global advertising and media agencies for Retail. I then led Retail marketing’s employee and B2B engagement communications globally, instigating a new internal engagement programme for Retail across BP..
I started on the Buying Graduate Scheme. After successfully completing this, I was selected to work as EA for the new CEO. After 2 years in this role, I then had 10 years working across various marketing and PR roles: Senior Brand Manager, Health ranges; Brand Guardian for the Sainsbury's brand; Marketing Manager, Nectar; Marketing Manager, Convenience; Local Marketing Manager; Head of Corporate PR.
