I’m the Director of Research and Insights at We Are Social, where I look after social analytics and social intelligence for clients like Disney and adidas. I'm also a freelance writer and freelance analyst, often for London-based agency Link Humans. For a decade I’ve worked in data analytics and social analytics, for the likes of Groupon, British Telecoms, the local government, and Microsoft. I do love to dig into data, spot trends and deliver highly actionable business intelligence derived from social media. I also love to give talks on this topic and I’ve written quite a few articles on social strategy, tactics and marketing technology.
