About me
I am a capable and flexible designer, with an ever-growing passion for type design and typography. I enjoy my work and get much reward from seeing something I have created out in the world. I have experience in design for the Wines & Spirits market (On/Off-Trade), as well as the Extreme Sports industry. I am able to manage own my time and deadlines, and always try and keep a friendly and fun manner in my work.
Projects
- Blueneck - The Fallen Host album artworkPersonal project for the band's second album. Many of the lyrical themes were about religion and the downfalls of it, so we chose the 'Fallen Host' title as it was another way of describing a 'fallen angel' but less cliché. The images were a set I discovered, one of which looked remarkably like a black 'angel' and very striking. I gave the images a consistent texture to make it feel a little less clean. The album was made available on CD, 12" clear/marbled vinyl and 2 x 10" vinyl/picture discs – but the imagery transferred well to t-shirts also. We've had many great comments regarding the cover – one even went on to have the imaged tattooed on his wrist...
