I am responsible for the day to day running of the agency, scouting new talent and promoting them to clients. I manage talents across multiple jobs managing their calendars, negotiating rates, overseeing contracts, creation of appropriate booking forms, sourcing new clients, creating and management of partnership deals for the agency and talent, managing big budgets whilst also working to client deadlines.
