Podcast Producermyself
Brighton, United KingdomFreelance
- Currently I write, edit, and produce my own podcast as well as a sketch comedy podcast with a team.
- On my own podcast I have learned how to motivate myself to produce high quality content, set reasonable deadlines to deliver the episodes on a monthly basis, and also how to market myself to get people to obtain new listeners.
- On the collaborative podcast, I have learned how to facilitate regular meetings with the team so we are all working towards a common goal, as well as following up on any action points raised in previous meetings. Working with different people who all bring different ideas to the project requires an open, positive and collaborative attitude.

Software Support ConsultantComputershare
- London, United Kingdom
- Supported clients in operating and resolving any issues with our software - GEMS, Boardworks and CIMS. Each of these services are complex, dealing with a wide range of different pieces of data including stocks and director appointments, all of which I learned quickly, and was able to begin supporting customers ahead of schedule.
- Worked with these clients on phone calls or video calls in order to demonstrate how to resolve the issues they had. Required a close attention to detail and to provide clear and concise instructions for the complicated software we provided.
- Completed regression testing for new releases of the software, working closely with the production team to identify bugs, requiring an eye for detail, to make sure that all information supplied in bug reports was accurate and correct.
