About me
I am a Graphic Designer with a vision of using design to grow and build brands. Over the past 3 years and counting I've set up and ran my own clothing line inspired by Grime music. The work produced varies from Typography, Motion Graphics, Illustration & Advertising. I experiment with modern, contemporary ideas to help a brand stand out from the crowd via creative visuals to push their brand forward. The illustrative nature of my prestigious #BARSONFACE series caught the attention of a broad audience. From managers to artists I’ve been contacted about my work being used as promotional material for their own publicity. From the very beginning I’ve looked for opportunities to promote the perhaps less well-known artists because they were on a similar pathway as myself. I saw the opportunity for both of us to partner in order for us to progress by being their designer behind their brand. Design & Art Direction comes into play when I start to convert my designs into commercial opportunities. I’ve reached out to people through my different mediums of advertising which has been reciprocated by people coming to me for bespoke commissioned work. This has given me the experience required to allow me to find the solution to any creative problem. I have recently graduated university with a degree in Graphic Communication BA(hons). This has provided me with a range of knowledge from design principles to experimental practices.

    HSBC #TogetherWeThrive CampaignThis campaign is for HSBC and it set to be launched post COVID-19 when things are starting to get back to normal. It’s targeted at the first travellers to be using airports and has responded to the brief by combining an illustrative and animated approach. The concept of the animation features the triangles of the logo splits to reflect the times of isolation and reveil the isometric HSBC City.     NikePlus #StepCorrect CampaignIn an effort to get girls aged 14-19 in London to come together and get active NikePlus unveils their latest campaign. Via billboards in urban areas such as subways, NikePlus asks people to try out the new ‘suggested run feature’ on the Nike Run Club App. Anyone who signs up for the membership during the campaign will receive a free T-shirt. The typeface’s despite reflecting the restaurants values are getting dated and in need to a freshen up. By taking on the role of Art Direction, the objective for this project was to use the company’s key values to design a new logo, brand identity and apply these to a Menu design.
