Over the past few years, I have been given the opportunity to explore the worlds of lifestyle filmmaking. My creative exploration has taken me down the direction of video production, more specifically online video production. I have been drawn to the rapid evolvement of online video and how open the field is to create something original and new. It isn’t limited by boundaries in the way television or film are. At Top Gear I oversaw the creation and publishing digital content from series 24. I worked as a bridge between the TV show and BBC Worldwide, who run the digital pages for Top Gear Created online videos & GIFs to promote the return of series 24 and further original content for each episode using Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop. Repurposed official press photos from location shoots for social media publishing. Utilised Instagram Stories to create episodic overviews. Used Google’s Jump 360 Rig to create interactive 360 videos including a VR look at the new Top Gear studio. Filmed and edited original online content using the Sony A7s ii. Pitched and developed extra online content to accompany the show and the sister show, Extra Gear. Created publishing schedules and planned the whole social media promotion of the show whilst working with Top Gear magazine and website to collaborate on new content Assisted in running social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat) Guided the show’s execs in the social media strategy and kept them up to date with the reaction to each post.
My role was to devise and create all online extra content to accompany Series 19 of "TOWIE". I worked with the Digital Producer and Head of Press and Digital to deliver content for the website and all social media Created online videos reaching a series audience of 24 million on both Facebook and Twitter respectively. Used initiative and gauged situations in order to film videos with an inside scoop feel. Devised original content to promote the show online Networked with the cast in order to gain trust so when an emotional/dramatic event happened they would allow us to interview them about it straight after it happened. Filmed and edited all content Formulated, pitched and developed extra creative content. Adapted plans and schedules in very short time depending on the events on the day Assisted in running social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat) Delivered content with quick turnaround to match TX of the show.

Little Less Known (LLK) is the creative vision of three Yorkshire-born friends who have set out to shine a creative spotlight on unique and interesting people and places. Through short high quality episodes, engaging editorial pieces and social media engagement they are curating a unique online community. Produced over 35 videos both internally and for external clients including House of Genius, Visa Collab and Carrot Productions Developed lifestyle concept and successfully pitched to potential clients.
