Supported a team of recruitment consultants by finding candidates and assessing their suitability for specific roles. This would involve calling/ emailing candidates and developing a relationship with them to better understand their situation and job requirements.
Achieved a professional and personable phone manner when interacting with clients and candidates.
Call screening and message taking.
• Formatted and edited CV’s to a professional standard before uploading them on to an internal
database for easy access.
Writing and posting attractive job adverts onto various job sites in order to maximise
applications.
