Working as the bridge between the marketing and sales departments to nurture leads through the customer journey and support existing customers. Tasks included email marketing, direct communications, copywriting for web content, social media marketing, account management, administration and data analysis.
Social media marketing was maintained through platforms such as Twitter using Hootsuite software. Content was re-purposed across all social media platforms representing the company. It was integral to keep up to date and engage with related industry trends and mentions to maximize exposure and highlight positive publicity.
