Skills & Results: - Supporting five different teams as required meant flexibility was essential, demonstrating focus. BSO’s often have a wide range of tasks to complete, and as a result, I was quickly able to establish skills in prioritising and adaptability. - I was given tasks of streamlining processes, This included the heavy reliance on advance uses of Excel and in-house databases. - All work undertaken were deadline orientated. As a result, I was able to gain excellent time-management abilities.
