I’ve been booked to share my in-depth knowledge of online journalism, SEO and the way websites are run by leading publications including Marie Claire, InStyle Woman & Home and Woman’s Weekly. Responsibilities on these websites have included everything from re-working existing content to gain high Google rankings to writing traffic-driving features. As well as this, I’ve completed a major multi-magazine advertising campaign for Clarins and had work published by thriving fashion start-up SalesGossip as well as Diet Now, Bliss, the Woman's Weekly print edition and ifashionmagazine.com. I’ve also penned a number of pieces for leading men’s style site FashionBeans such as 10 Of The Best Men’s Fashion Instagram Accounts. This went on to become one of the most-read articles of 2015 across the site.
Currently working on the Woman's Weekly website, I've also freelanced on the websites for Marie Claire, InStyle and Woman & Home. I was booked to write the copy for a major multi-brand campaign for Clarins by the advertising team.
After a few years on the celebrity site, I stepped up to cover the position of the editor for an extended period of time. This saw me delegate work to other members of the team, while continuing to write articles, create galleries, sub content and compile the newsletter in Eloqua. I also wrote copy for numerous branded campaigns and was a key player in a major SEO clean-up. In addition, I analysed the site's statistics daily using Google Analytics, making sure to react to any patterns I believed would boost figures.
