My love (obsession) for food brought me to City Pantry where I currently work in a cross-functional and strategic role, owning the entire communications plan for our community of over 400 vendors. I look after the whole vendor journey, finding ways to increase engagement and inspiring action and behavioural change, such as encouraging vendors to restructure their menus to reach a wider customer base. Since joining less than a year ago, I have greatly increased the number of touchpoints City Pantry has with its vendors, which has had a huge impact on the amount of data we collect and enabled us to develop a wide variety of creative customer initiatives.
