I'm in charge of the creation, production and delivery of digital content (web, social, native and email). I develop and present an insight-driven content calendar using GA data, Google Trends and seasonal mindset. Best-practice, multi-platform copywriting is integral to the role, as is commissioning influencers and product curation. Our seasonal fashion content sees me translate ideas into inspiring fashion shoots, using a bank of talent. There's campaign content: working as part of Hammerson's multi-agency environment to create inspirational fashion and beauty paid media and print assets (stills and video) for in-centre events. Highlights: social content for Selfridges Birmingham, Bullring, where I balanced the retailer's requirements with content that was suitable for Bullring's audience.

From response-to-briefs to commissioning and copywriting, I concepted, crafted and delivered digital/printed content for high street brands such as M&S. I was hands-on editorial support for the in-house creative team. For F&F, I art directed our fashion shoots (stills and video). For House of Fraser, following a revised strategy, I was instrumental in launching The Journal fashion & beauty publication. I developed a tone of voice to suit the new demographic and helped translate that for in-store/online signage at HOF head office.
