What I like, I enjoy and also I am good at is everything which is related to organization, problem-solving, project hopping - so production is general.
I loved working in film festivals, because it was the perfect combination of arts and event production. I wish I could go back once to this field, or try event production, in a music festival or any other event.
In the past 3 years I moved to advertisement production, where I learnt loads of things (especially how to stay calm instead of suffering daily heart attacks in such a stressful, chaotic environment) about how to produce small videos for brands like Ikea, Santander, Vips, Loreal, Coca Cola.
I´ve been living in Madrid for 6 years, I got to know the culture the language and the aspects of my current job, and I really feel like moving on and I would love to find new challanges in London. I want to learn the language deeper, I want to see how production functions there, what is the rhytm and the flow of the work.
I know it is not easy, especially in production, because I have to know the area (physically as London, and professionally as contacts) extremely well. But that is what intrigues me and I really hope that I can move to London soon and be a member of a creative team and gain more experience in production.
Work history
Producer
I started as a production assistant trainee in McCann Creative Agency´s inner production company (The Film House). I helped in the organization of different shootings, prepared PPM presentations, callsheets, castings.
Later I started to work as a freelance, depending on the projects, or as a producer or as a production assisstant.
After receiving the brief, I had to suggest different budgets and production designs to the account manager and the creative team. Later I had to organize the selected production: hire the team, scout location, casting, prepeare meeting with the Client. After the shooting I oversaw the postproduction until the finished project.
Coordinator

I was doing my Leonardo internship as a coordinator of this online festival. I had to watch and upload the shorts, manafge the content of the website, edit and send newsletters. With Google Analytics I had to analize statystics about the website´s views.
I was in contact with the directors and I helped to organize the Award Giving Event. I also promoted the festivak especially to South-America due to which the website views increased 12%.
