Retail Administrator
Turner Contemporary is a dynamic visual arts organisation that believes in making art open, relevant and fulfilling for all. This particular role is based in the head office of the Turner Contemporary gallery.
Responsibilities include:
- Banking and cash handling; double checking the main float and daily takings from tills.
- Conducting sales analyses and looking at bestsellers; topping up stock as and when.
- Buying greetings cards and publications, negotiating with suppliers when need be.
- Product development
- Retail marketing
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Serving customers in the gallery shop and being the first point of contact in the gallery.
- Managing the online shop
