Fascia Models is a start-up model agency, with international divisions in The Netherlands and Germany, with the London office as HQ. I was given the unique opportunity to establish the agency’s direction in the industry and image. My role included the responsibility of the following: - Implementing processes to aid in functionality of the bookings team - Execute plans that will best achieve results for the business - Monitoring agency revenue and expenditure, finding ways to minimise costs where required - Signing off on accounts related matters - Reporting directly to the MD and working closely with stakeholders at all levels - Overseeing the international bookings team - Working across the Mens and Womens division, with a focus on influencers. - Promoting/introducing the agency to international territories and placing models internationally - Signing models from overseas - Nurturing client relationships with both new and established - Overseeing the negotiation of complex contract terms, usages and rates

- Shadowing the assistant to Associate publisher and Group Advertising Director by providing support in filtering correspondence as necessary and general admin duties. - I assisted with the coordination of the Dazed x Converse event and other special projects, including the competition collaboration with Nokia. - My duties also included being responsible for the collation of ad comparisons between Dazed and other competing publications - As well as liaising with advertising clients when required.

Course: Digital Journalism This intensive one year course taught the fundamentals of news writing, media law, and multimedia production, the use of social media tools and with a focus on multimedia and coding skills. Dissertation: The plight of having a disability in prison. For my dissertation I built a HTML based website that was fully responsive and functional on any device. I also wrote a feature on disabled prisoners and the problems they face.
