Work history
    HR Assistant
    London, United KingdomFull Time
I joined the Capgemini Consulting Global HR team specifically to work on Excel templates and improve HR processes. I very much succeeded in this regard by overhauling and centralising a bottom up budget template, creating a new reporting PowerPoint template to give an overall HR view in numbers and mobilising an offshore Indian Centre of Data Excellence to improve their efficiency and cut out mistakes when providing HR Dashboards. However, my role took on far more significance as more responsibility was afforded me: - I took on responsibility for the ongoing Global Quarterly L&D reporting tracking the trainings and learning costs of 3,500 consultants. - I organised discussions on the future of HR in the Group with HR Directors from around the world in attendance. - I provided analysis and feedback to management using data and surveys with recommendations on possible actions for the future of the company. - I played a major part in building an internal diversity portal to be seen Group-wide in order to accelerate the improvement of gender balance within the company.
    Marketing Director
    London, United KingdomFull Time
I joined my co-founder in creating an app that aims to disrupt an aspect of the nightlife industry. Taking on the title of CMO, I was charged with creating and implementing startup marketing and social media strategies including all content creation (videos, social media posts, photos, blog posts) and marketing materials. Being solely responsible for marketing, I have been exposed to and learnt very quickly a few key skills: Content Marketing: writing engaging content that works well for SEO – I have my own blog at www.youhavetotry.today. PR: I have managed to get press releases picked up by big publications and achieved real visibility for the company. Social Media Marketing: Managing and building a large, organic, engaged following on multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube. As a startup, money is far from in abundance and neither is time, you must take on many different responsibilities in addition to your main role, something I have learnt to bring with me into other employed roles. My time management and organisational skills are extremely accomplished. I have had a major hand in business strategy including monetisation, administrative research into establishments across London and behind the scenes technology including HTML coding, WordPress, using a CMS and more.
