I am a skilled digital designer and design director with six years of intensive experience in a product design, user experience and interfaces for mobile, desktop, web and TV apps for startups and existing businesses. I have developed and managed a team of dozen designers which were involved in various client's and internal projects, delivering concepts & prototypes, analyses, complete and perfect visual & interaction design that meet businesses and their user's needs working in close cooperation with stakeholders, developers, marketers and other teammates.

I was responsible for team coordination, training and improving the whole design competence of the company. In close cooperation with C-suite, marketers and leads of other departments and using Design Thinking ideology we have developed the new look, message and services of the company and design dept itself. By that, all metrics of the agency are grown. We have worked on clients' and internal products providing the best and complete design service for mobile, and web platforms completed more than 50 projects and bring design expertise to the whole new level.
The team of designers grew from 4 to 12 people in the first year by dint of external hiring and internship I developed with HR team. Our team was marked as the most stable, united and productive in different areas of the company.
Also using our design concepts and open-source components & libraries built based on them the company build its successful content marketing strategy via GitHub, Dribbble, Behance and own blog.
