A communicative and creative designer, I am dedicated and easy-going, with a love for attention to detail. With experience in design for print, web and email (in design agency and in-house roles), I am able to easily adapt to project requirements and work environments. I currently manage a design team of 4 who code, design and artwork a complex email calendar which includes weekly trend, automated, and lifecycle emails, going out to both genders in 11 languages. They also produce all of the remarketing, paid social and display assets for the Performance Marketing team. I create creative roadmaps, plan the weekly schedules of the designers, facilitate test projects, oversee redesigns of email templates, and work closely with the product design team on design projects. I also produce creative concepts for campaigns and photoshoots, along with branding projects.
At ASOS, I managed and mentored a two-designer team, who designed and artworked the weekly BAU (business-as-usual) emails internationally. I also facilitated ongoing refreshes of the HTML responsive email templates, designed bespoke site pages and forms, transactional email refreshes, bespoke imagery and emails, along with creative artworked assets for email, digital marketing assets for Facebook ads and banners for external dynamic retargeting.
A mainly digital design agency role included design and management of websites (including client presentation and correspondence), CMS training, web retainer management, design and management of print projects/campaigns, project research, web developer correspondence, new business tender proposals, and creative artworking.
