About me
Bonnie Kate Wolf is a graphic designer with a background in illustration who can code. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, she now lives in London. Her work is primarily digital and ranges from website design to poster illustration. Her client list includes Lush Cosmetics, JLL, Hachette Children’s Books, ASOS, and Sea Shepherd UK. Bonnie Kate enjoys making big, self-initiated projects. Her three successful kickstarter projects have received global funding. Her personal work operates on topics such as feminism, the media, technology, love, education, science, sex, and the wonders of the future. She tutors design and the Adobe Creative Suite. Her students describe her as "well informed and patient", with a "bubbly personality that makes learning easier", and that her "ability to share her knowledge makes her an ideal tutor". For more information, please email. When she isn't illustrating and designing, you'll probably find her at a farmer’s market with her boyfriend, knitting a hat, or picking The Eels' 'My Beloved Monster' on the ukulele.

  • Vampire Weekend 'Step'
Vampire Weekend 'Step'Poster design for the band, Vampire Weekend, illustrating the song 'Step', which revolves around the deterioration of music and culture.
  • Wilde for Whistles
Wilde for WhistlesWhistles represents English quality and heritage. I created a series of perfumes exploring the Oscar Wilde short story ‘The Nightingale and the Rose’, a tragic fable about love, sacrifice, and botany. The visuals from the story spoke of gardens of herbs and flowers. Wilde’s poetic quality felt the perfect tone for a three-part series of perfumes, allowing me to craft each as though a chapter from his story.
Work history
    Graphic Designer
I started my career at Lush on the shop floor as a Christmas temp, but eventually moved shops and became permanent staff, and was then selected to work on design projects in London (as the company is based in Poole) which allowed me to finally become part of the design team. As art director and designer for a photographic book about hair care, also managed a team of photographers and stylists on and off photo shoots, allowing the cosmetics company to branch off into new territory (book publishing) thereby expanding their brand and their market. Explored packaging design while creating a men’s gift designated to be shared via social media, continuing to bring new male customers into Lush stores. Illustrated map for tour of London perfumeries to guide international trainers around the city, creating a quick community and ease of communication between people of different cultures, languages, and jobs.
