Sales Representative
Whilst working at Excel Healthcare Limited one of my roles was to attend and assist weekend conventions in order to recruit new customers, as well as representing the company by sterilizing frequent tattooing equipment. I started the weekend conventions as an assistant and was then promoted to a sales representative. My roles and conventions attended are as followed:
Inform new autoclave/sterilization legislation’s to customers
Customer care- Dealing/resolving customer issues
Meet selling requirements per day
Maintain friendly relationship amongst venue managers and pre-existing customers
Set-up/disassemble show stand and sterilization workstation
Sterilize frequent tattooing equipment
Repair autoclave on-site if required
Deliver sterilized equipment to venue stands
Delegating tasks to other members of staff
