    » Developed the SRA's digital strategy and led a £30k business transformation project of the SRA's IT infrastructure, linking the SRA website to CRM and automated marketing software including Autopilot and MailChimp. » Managed and collaborated with external agencies to re-design and develop thesra.org and foodmadegood.org websites from concept to deployment. » Increased monthly traffic to SRA website by 96%, Reduced bounce rate of website down to 27% from 49% by optimising user journeys (navigation) and driving more targeted traffic to the website through social media advertising and SEO. » Contributed to the development of the FoodMadeGood brand and associated brand strategy and collateral. » Managed custom landing pages, split-tested special promotions and successfully re-marketed to increase the value of several sales channels. » Developed the SRA's Facebook, Twitter and Instagram channels, growing Facebook likes by 36%, doubling avg. post reach and 0.5m tweet impressions per quarter. » Conceptualized and delivered several B2B and B2C digital campaigns. E.g. I drove 21,316 unique visitors to the Sustainable Restaurant Awards micro-site in two weeks, engaged 10,000+ people to vote in the first People's Favourite Award. » Organised events and managed production of marketing collateral (leaflets and case studies) for the SRA's Café Programme launch, featuring the BBC's Sheila Dillon and Henry Dimbleby MBE. » Managed the marketing interns, mentoring them in copy creation for owned, paid, and earned media channels, including e-newsletter management.
