Due to my success as a sales assistant in the Covent Garden store, I was asked to support the COS store in Beijing for one month. This was a great opportunity to learn about a new culture, way of life and how the commerciality of the store changes to suit a new market. This enhanced my ability to work in a team with the added language barrier and gave me a platform to prove my knowledge of the brand and it's work processes in a new context. During a performance review at the end of the trip, I received a score of 97%.
Hold great knowledge of the brand, it's ethos and products. Deliver excellent, attentive customer service. Maintain high standards on all floors.
