As the senior-level employee on the editorial side of production, my roles and responsibilities include training new team members on the various task types for which I am the process owner, such as PPC Landing Page Content, Sponsored Content, Website Content, Optimize Website Content, Physical Location Pages, Targeted Location Pages, Meta Data, Business Descriptions, Social Bookmarks, and Mini-Infographics. I also work one-on-one with Research and Development to establish new SEO deliverables and create training documentation as well as train our editorial staff on best practices for new processes. I maintain the standard responsibilities of writing and editing all types of online content, from Infographics to White Papers, Blogs, and Social Media. I also work one-on-one with Account Management, Online Advertising, Sales Executives, and Web Development colleagues to create a cohesive, communicative workflow across all departments.
