  • Plan Sponsons Of Dreams
Plan Sponsons Of DreamsWe asked kids in developing countries what their dreams were and presented them in our campaign page and in one interactive digital screen, located in one of the biggest malls in Finland. In the our ambient interactive solution, when people put the money on the donation box, a sensor activated the camera and the donor could take a picture of himself to become part of the digital outdoor advertising in real time.
  • Tutti Frutopia
Tutti FrutopiaAlways dreamed about having your own deserted island? We acquired a real tropical deserted island off the coast of Mauritius (Ile aux Bénitiers), renamed it Tutti Frutopia, divided it into small tracts of land and launched a web based tournament to choose its new ruler, who would win a trip there. Every tract of land was connected to an unique code, which was found on Tutti Frutti candy bags. All the bag buyers became citizens and were tested, competing online to become the Ruler of the Island and also designing the Tutti Frutopia flag and naming parts of the island. The top 2 scores won a trip to the island in Mauritius for the coronation as the King, with all the royal honours.
  • Stockamann Commercial
Stockamann CommercialStockmann, the biggest department store in Finland, asked us to create their Christmas commercial for 2014. We came up with the concept "Wishes Can Come True", a story of a kid who finds a curious letter from the past.
  • Plan 1000 Days
Plan 1000 DaysA baby girl in developing country will be stronger to face the world when she gets care, food and love during her first 1000 days. At the same time she avoids the usual traps: early marriage, lack of education, child pregnancy and poverty. We created a website that last 1000 days as if it was a story of a little girl. From the day of her mother’s conception until she is around 2 years old. The page has an info-graphic working as a living organism showing the different needs, such as, Food, Love, Play, Education and Health. Every share and donation, contribute to the wellbeing of the child and the graphics changes in real-time. Every week, the needs are different and we explain why is so important to help. On advertising we show what happens if girls doesn't get enough help.
  • Kauko Café
Kauko CaféAs part of the campaign for Helsinki as World Design Capital 2012, we created Kauko Café (Finnish for “remote control”), the pop-up café that can be remotely controlled in real-time online. The lighting, music, chairs and tables heights can be controlled in real time via a website. The online visitors could adjust the height of a chair and watch how the customer sitting on it reacts via live-streaming cameras. Kauko Café was also surrounded by badly design sugar dispensers, napkin holders and trash cans to show the importance of good design and to show that design affects everyone and that anyone can affect it. I was responsable for the concept, art direction. Work done by Perfect Fools (Sweden) and the Hasan & Partners (Finland).
  • Finland Emojis
Finland EmojisFinland is not well known abroad in general and especially among young people. How could the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland do its traditional Christmas calendar in a way that people would share, that would generate earned media and create a positive interest in Finland, Finns and Finnishness – and still be true to what we are? Paid media was not an option. Digitality was the way to go. Finns are not known for talking a lot. Especially communicating and showing emotions can be a challenge. We created a set of tongue in cheek emojis – each communicating one specific Finnish emotion. The emojis featured different emotional aspects of Finland and Finnishness from “kalsarika?nni” (getting drunk alone at home with no intention of going out) to famous Finns like Martti Ahtisaari. Finland IS the first country in the world to publish its own set of country themed emojis.
