Working for Asos as a member of the Customer Care team. The role involves replying to customer queries via email and major social media platforms. The job demands strong literacy, IT and communications skills. Asos Customer Care operates 24 hours a day and requires me to meet deadlines, be punctual and efficient. Although this is not the career avenue I am looking to pursue long term, it has provided me with valuable experience working in a fast past and dynamic enviroment and being recognised as a member of a strong and creative team.
