About me

I am a young photographer, videographer and editor, currently living in my hometown of Belfast. I have recently graduated from St Mark's & St John's University, Plymouth where I completed my BA degree in 'Film' with Screenology. I am ready for the next step and am currently seeking work within the film and media industry. I would like to work on creative projects which, not only challenge me, but also put my acquired experience to good use. I have a desire to learn new skills and improve existing ones. I am a hardworking individual with a keen eye for visuals. I can work unsupervised but I also thrive as a Team Player. I am reliable, personable and honest.

Most recently I worked on a film called, “Suppression,” directed by J. Mackye Gruber. I originally began as a Runner, but progressed to Assistant Art Director as I became more heavily involved in the Art Department. I was not only providing Runner responsibilities, such as catering and administrative tasks, but also sourcing and the construction of props. I also assisted in building sets and taking photographs of actors to be used as props within the film.

My course was based in Bristol at Screenology. I gained a great deal of experience from Screenology as it was very practical based and was more like working in a production company as opposed to studying at university. I achieved a 2:1 as my overall result.

I took part in The Reel Film Challenge in 2017 in which I travelled to Budapest with a friend and created a film along the way. We managed to win four awards, one of which was the Judge's Choice Award
