Working in line with Newcastle Student Radio to ensure that all key student generated content maximised its audience reach. I achieved this by designing an omni-channel marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement of student media at the university with students, professionals and the North East. Here I managed a team to generate new TV show ideas; understand audiences and audience reach; design marketing strategies to maximise targeted reach; and to promote regular, engaging, meaningful content; and create and develop interest around Newcastle University, its TV channel, and Student Generated Media platforms

Working with Newcastle University's Music Talent to rebrand and raise the profile of Newcastle Summer Music Festival (Formerly ICMus introducing). Responsible for rebrand of festival logo and website; social media management; event promotion; promotion artwork design; audience engagement.
Initially working for Marketforce for 1 year prior to starting University, I have also had several roles within Marketforce over a 3 year period throughout my time at University. Activities include: - Marketing Campaign Management for the Smart Metering Update Conference. The Campaign doubled its expected revenue. - Assisting the marketing team with direct and digital marketing activities, such as email marketing, direct mail marketing, CRM, and social media management, market research. - In-house graphic designer for all events over a 4 month period; creating event artwork, infographics, brochures, and digital banners.
In my final year I specialised in Marketing Strategy, Marketing Analytics, Advertising and Integrated Brand Promotion, and Entrepreneurship. Alongside my degree I was elected in my final year as Head of Marketing for both the Student TV and Student Radio. Here I devised a creative strategy and managed a team to raise the profile of student media at the University and increase brand awareness and engagement.
