About me
As a creative practitioner I like to create suitable designs for my clients. My preferred mediums are: Photography, Illustration, Design, Typography, Video & Animation. It is not through words that I feel I best represent myself; it is more through the creative act that one can achieve an honest representation of the multiple facets to their personality. I will attempt to represent myself using only one word. This word is Cephalopod.
Projects
  • Chattorrey Indian Restaurant Menu Design
Chattorrey Indian Restaurant Menu DesignA recent design for an "Authentic Indian Street Kitchen" I kept the design traditional and am also currently working on some video and photography work for their new website.
  • Fold Into The Soul
Fold Into The SoulSome pictures of a small folded book series I created which describes a selection of people's personalities through an illustrated story on a double sided A2 print. I exhibited and sold this work at the Arts Libris Book Fair in Barcelona.
  • Derelict Fashion Shoot
Derelict Fashion ShootA photo shoot of a suit by the Tailor Harrison of Saville Row. I decided to contradict the traditional straight cut of the suit with the atmosphere of a derelict house in south-east London. The juxtaposition makes the suit stand out.

Education
    PGCE Secondary Art Design
     -
This course taught me how to transfer my skills as a creative to the future generations of creatives, and started my research at Masters level. My research revolved around looking into how technology might be affecting the youth of today's minds and how it could be best utilised for them to learn effectively. This is an issue which is a massive influence into my practice as I appreciate the wealth technology has to offer me however I still take great pride in being able to generate artworks by hand.

Whilst at Camberwell I benefited greatly from the fantastic facilities and available tutors with good advice. Also as Camberwell has a strong emphasis on illustration and fine art I was able to continue my practice as a fine artist/designer.
