About me?
Graduated in 2013 with a degree in Music and Arts Management 2.1 awarded.
I have been working freelance and unpaid for UK Music events and indipendant artists or music groups outside of my full time job.
I am currently working for H&M i have been working with the company for 3 years. I started as a sales adviser and promoted to department manager after 7 months of joining the company. In that year i also made finalist for employee of the year out of 13,500 employees within the UK Market. I stepped down last year to a junior manager position to have more freedom to find positions in my field of choice and expertise.

These events bring people together, for unique learning experiences. It's based on people teaching people. The more random the skills the better!

Within my role at H&M i take on extra responsibility beyond my job description.
For the last two years i have asked for the opportunity to organise H&M's London staff Christmas events, and have successfully done so. 500 Staff across 8 stores in central London area.
