My key responsibilities are the digital implementation of campaigns across HNH Digital Platforms. Delivering through BTL and ATL marketing, looking to ensure the content is consistent and aligns with the digital strategy. Working closely with external agencies I managed their performance ensuring they deliver against time and budget. This role gave me the opportunity to step up to the plate in terms of digital marketing and provided me with an excellent track record of briefing and managing creative agencies and delivering successful digital campaigns. I have a depth of knowledge and experience in SEO, Display Networks and Google PPC as well as the traditional Press, Magazines and Outdoor media and am able to think creatively and use analytics to drive my decisions. - Work with the Director of Sales and Marketing and Head of Marketing to implement the strategy for HNH Media social media channels. -Assisted on Award submissions for industry recognition -Assisted on print campaigns to promote future developments - Write copy for social media posts, including re-writing headlines - Own community management across the HNH SM channels - Distribute content in formats relevant for the different SM channels - Identify trending topics to feed back to team with suggestions for how to react - Discuss and advise on different formats/assets at the content development stage that would enhance the effectiveness of SM postings - Help the Director of Marketing to report on SM performance - Implement email campaigns in line with SMS and SM campaigns.
As the Marketing Executive as I support the Marketing Manager in executing E-Comms campaigns and coordinated the design and delivery of the Official Event Guides from start to finish; I oversaw copy and images in relation to Sponsorship and brand guidelines, Launched the official Instagram account and was given creative control of the company's Social Media and updated website. I would report on a daily round up of social media analytics during and at the end of the event (Increased Engagement by 650% to previous year) over all strengthening brand awareness across the Reed Travel Portfolio. As a result of the well executed digital Sponsorship I also rebooked £11k of sponsorship. As the Host Buyer I researched and recruited the target number of high quality hosted buyers for WTM connect Asia portfolio in line with the qualification criteria and event targets. I developed and implemented a detailed research and recruitment plan using the database to monitor registrations and maintain an accurate database of industry contacts to provide reports and analyses and recruitment trackers, It resulted in a contracted 348 SQM onsite, this accounted for over £203k space revenue alone. Amongst the clients who rebooked space are many of our ‘key accounts’ of the show.
On a daily basis I assisted the product marketing team with time-line management and developed the video and artwork libraries and for internal and external use. While at PlayStation one of my main roles were to design and create marketing material for national coverage across Australia for retail clients. I was a Social Media Analyst for new releases and coordinated weekly release reports for Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide. On a monthly basis I assisted on multiple B2B and B2C events and promotions such as Nickelodeon’s Slimefest, EB Expo and GT Academy.
I assisted with the creation of digital content, plans and timelines. I participated in weekly WIP meetings and ensured launch of projects where on time, to budget and to a high standard. I also assisted on creating new targets, improvements, and engagement and retention rates through social media.
