I’m Callum, an experienced multi-disciplined graphic designer helping businesses grow their design maturity to raise enduring brand awareness with integrated design to reach business goals.
My experience extends across collaborative and individual environments from in-house and B2B agency teams to building rapport with a client as a freelancer. As a creative brand designer, I embrace supporting and taking full responsibility for crafting, managing, delivering and reporting on enduring projects to support marketing design operations through cross-channel content. Whether animating campaign illustrations for video productions or maximising creative opportunities wherever they appear, I’m a motivated cross-functional team player (from marketing, sales, product and leadership) that gets excited about strategic and conceptual thinking to build ideas from the ground up.

• Led the design and execution of marketing's brand assets throughout the design process, working consistently to Delio’s brand guidelines across a range of workstreams for demand generation, brand building, events, and communications.
• Pitch creative ideas and approaches of your own to senior stakeholders, providing a clear rationale, written and verbal to communicate your art direction.
• Support the editing and finesse of assets used across our digital touchpoints.
• Enable team members to design at scale by creating resources that achieve the highest value 1:many content to support the Delio team.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Delio brand by exploring novel approaches and new tooling that support our strategic brand and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to launch projects, evergreen content, and launch announcements that support new products and features.
• Produce, edit and animate creative assets and footage of the Delio platform to appear in brand, product and walkthrough videos for a range of digital platforms.
• Able to use a camera to a good enough standard to capture photography for online assets.
• Be responsible for marketing’s digital media archive and live assets to ensure they are clearly catalogued and managed with the correct data and permissions.
• Shadow the product designers to develop knowledge of UI and UX best practices and contribute to the development of Delio’s design system.
