• Social Media management: Managing the club’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts using the social media management tool, Hootsuite. Since May 2015 the Facebook page impressions increased by 23% and Twitter by 42%. • Create new ideas / Design: Created content on Photoshop to post onto the social networks to engage new players and to promote the sport amongst the British population. Implemented a campaign called ‘Travelling T-shirt’ to post pictures of our players during their holidays, to keep the Olympia Social Media content interesting and engaging. • Solve problems: Our website was outdated, although I don’t have coding skills, by using Wix I developed a new website, launched in January 2016 which has a built in calendar, membership info and teams pages. The new website is already improving the communication flown of Olympia and its stakeholders. • Negotiate agreements: I am responsible for the negotiation of the new kits, sport outwear and equipment with the UK supplier of Hummel. I am also in negotiations with Keylogo, a company that offers branded products and promotional merchandising. • Speak in public: Presenting the new marketing plans of Olympia Handball Club to the committee board and to all Olympia handball club stakeholders during small and the Annual General Meetings.
• Research: Undertaking research of key competitors (OOH print advertising) for clients like KFC and Heinz. • Communications skills: Calling and emailing third party suppliers for campaign activation for TESCO. • Team Player: Worked in a team gathering resources for new ideas generation based on a specific target audience for a new business pitch. • Managed projects: By supporting the BBH Sport team in preparing a brief pack for a new business pitch and analysing the current environment of a governing body association
• Leadership: Training and developing 3 members of staff in the field of Visual Merchandising whom have been promoted as Store Visual Merchandisers of Canary Wharf, King’s Street and Regents’ Street stores. • Business Acumen: Producing weekly trade reports to quantify the turnover generated by visual merchandising. • Brand Ambassador: Representing the branding by understanding the Michael Kors brand inside out. Ensuring that the brand presence in store was felt during the whole experience of our clients (Shopper marketing). • Results oriented: Supported the store management team with VM strategies to help the store in achieving its weekly, monthly and annual targets.
