My background across editorial and commercial projects in roles ranging from production, to programming, to project management has resulted in me becoming a hybrid employee in every role I undertake. From leading teams through 360º campaign deliveries, with print, film and digital deliverables to sourcing last minute crew members for shoots and projects, my confidence, ease and expertise across all areas is evident in not only my role at Sunshine, but in all future roles that I look to acquire.

The campaign celebrates individuals who express their personality and make-up preferences no matter their age, gender or social conventions.     For the past 3 years, I've been working at The Sunshine Company, where we enable lifestyle and luxury brands to define and activate their vision by creating cultural properties, content formats and editorial franchises that build valuable audiences. As Project Manager, I oversee the production of print and video shoots. I manage all shooting logistics, while working closely with the Agency Senior Producer, Business Directors and Head of Operations. I lead weekly production meetings with account and creative teams, and I develop production timelines to make sure we meet deadlines and manage clients expectations. The projects I’ve been managing vary from 360 campaigns, collateral print productions, podcasts, to brand ethos and commercial strategic work. Projects I am most proud of being part of include the launch of luxury skin cream brand Augustinus Bader and the 360 Pan European launch of Zalando’s beauty campaign.

    I acquired and curated video content for the main NOWNESS channels and managed all incoming submissions ensuring on time asset delivery across the platform. This involved developing, supporting and growing a network of filmmakers by connecting with production companies globally as well as attending film festivals and screenings across the country. ​I assisted the commissioners with the development and production of branded projects as well as produced one off editorial projects. One of the successes I shared​ ​with the core team was receiving the Webby award for Cultural Blog/Website 2017.
