    - Responsible for driving all elements of UK and EMEA marketing including PR, events and marketing collateral for B2B, retail and direct to consumer. - Developing and executing the annual marketing strategy, working with the CMO and sales heads to create new business opportunities. - Event production for consumer and corporate events, and trade shows. - Recruiting, briefing and managing agencies including digital marketing, PR and creative agencies, overseeing the approval process, Building and maintaining strong relationships with key company stakeholders, UK and EMEA customers as the main point of contact for marketing. Exploiting all marketing opportunities including product placement on high profile TV shows, celebrity endorsements and promotions. - Bidding for, negotiating and managing the marketing budget for the UK and EMEA, regularly reviewing and monitoring P&L.
