I am first and foremost a multi-disciplinary visual artist and designer specializing in knitted textiles, however consider myself a versatile and adaptable character, and thrive on learning new skills. In 2015 I graduated with a 1st class honours from BA Textile Design at Central Saint Martins, after which I spent a year and a half working as a freelance designer and knitter before moving to Mexico to work with and learn from local artisans and business entrepreneurs, as well as to complete a residency at the award winning Arquetopia foundation for which I was selected. Loop Knitting is a world renowned shop & school of knitting and other fiber arts. My responsibilities included: highly specialized knowledge of fiber and yarn qualities, hand dyeing & hand knitting; assisting in promotion of events; admin & postal work; recording, packing and delivering online orders; construction and presentation of samples; stockroom maintenance and control; customer service and general shop upkeep.
Duties included: machine & hand-knitting; cording; embellishment & embroidery; tassel & fringe making; producing knitted garments and sculptures for a department store window display in Hong Kong.

My responsibilities included: placing & processing of custom orders for clothing & artworks; customer service; hosting & marketing of promotional and live music events; visual merchandising; general shop upkeep.
After beginning an internship at PAZUKI Ltd. in 2012, I was asked to continue as a studio assistant. I continued to work for PAZUKI part-time, before eventually moving on to becoming a freelance knitter and knit designer for the company. Responsibilities included: meeting, presenting & liaising with clientele; freelance knit design & production; embellishment & embroidery; hand-dyeing; garment styling; art direction & photo-shoot assistance; garments construction & production; quality control; textile sampling; archiving; working as part of a design team; stock checking & control; assisting at and helping to organise fairs and shows.
N'Damus is an independent brand with a focus on bespoke leather bags and accessories. My responsibilities included: liaising & presenting to clientele; bespoke designing for clients; placing and processing of custom orders from client to production team; visual merchandising; stock checking and replenishment; hosting of promotional events; customer service.
House of Billiam is a bespoke menswear brand specialising in tailored jackets. My responsibilities included: liaising with & presenting product options to clientele; bespoke designing with and for clients; hand & machine sewing; pattern cutting & alterations; fashion illustration; styling & directing photo-shoots.
Duties included: assisting of in-house shows; model dressing; construction & design of pieces for charity auction; freehand illustrations; embellishment & beading.

I won position of runner up with my textile designs for the brand Lyle & Scott, with the opportunity to exhibit my work at their flagship store in Central London.
