I manage and create content for La Galatea, a coffee shop based in Córdoba, Argentina. This part time position allows for my interest in digital marketing and creation of content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement with customers.
Teespring is a global marketplace enabling anyone to design, host, promote and fulfil custom apparel. I built and currently manage the Languages Department. In charge of a team of 24 translators, covering 13 languages, I oversee different projects for internal and external stakeholders. I conduct the localisation of our website into 7 different languages and deliver translation projects on a daily basis to help our sellers succeed in European markets. I supervise Marketing and Account Management projects working together with our sellers to improve their businesses. In the past year, the Languages Department has generated more than three hundred thousand pounds in revenue per month thanks to the support provided when it comes to targeting new markets in different languages. I also work alongside our Tech and Development team, reporting bugs for localisation, content and internationalisation issues on a daily basis. I’m constantly building new systems and processes to improve the quality and efficiency of the services we provide from the Languages Department, as well as delivering projects on time respecting the given budget.
