Managing a range of clients Digital projects
• Project managing delivery of UK based Virgin Atlantic work. Producing eCRM comms, and DM campaigns as well as sprint releases and maintenance to VAA’s existing Trade site vslfyinghub.com • Producer on the Powerhorse account. Managing creative process for TVC/Print & Pre Production. • Manage all aspects of projects – scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, delivery on time on brief on budget and all associated client and account communication
• To oversee all deployment campaigns to ensure that they are delivered accurately and on time. • Effectively manage and balance workload for deployment team - delegating the whiteboard jobs appropriately. • Ensuring that there is a depth of knowledge and exposure to ESPs and setup techniques across the team. To ensure that junior team members are trained and tested on platforms as efficiently and thoroughly as possible. Also develop and establish Senior members of the team as knowledge centres/ go to people in the team. • Instil structure and process to the team, and ensure that brief is followed. • Work alongside Campaign Managers to effectively prioritize client tasks and suggest solutions to refine processes and cross departmental working practices/ relationships. • Communicate change, potential issues to appropriate stakeholders accordingly. • To line- manage, supervise, monitor attendance and appraise the deployment team. • To mentor the deployment team on an individual level and ensure that there is a standardised approach to which the team engages with specific ESPs. • Act as the team knowledge centre for ESP tools on day to day basis, linking in with Senior Technical Lead on any updates to the tools, sharing this knowledge with the team and daily contacts, providing internal training and attending client meetings (when required) as the deployment services expert.
Responsible for the quality and delivery of a small project (campaign and/or campaign related low complexity project) for a client including tactical recommendations, campaign management, campaign development, QA and reporting, calling on specialist roles when necessary (e.g. the Creative team). Responsibilities: • Gathering campaign requirements and finalising briefing • Managing the creative process if required • Campaign/ Project testing review and recommendations • Campaign setup to include cell configuration • Content configuration including HTML builds and custom publishing • Audience creation, management and liaising with the data troubleshooting team • Quality Assurance and testing • Campaign performance tracking & reporting • Project management of campaigns on time, on scope, on cost • Day to day support of self-deployment clients, providing client training on tools as required
