    While working client-side in the Nissan Global Customer Experience Team, I undertook a range of projects across the car-buying journey. - Design exploration and conceptualising a 3D online interactive experience which allow users to more actively engage with and experience a Nissan model within the online space. - User testing eCommerce prototypes to understand customer mindsets, thresholds and reactions to travelling down the eCommerce funnel when making expensive purchases within the online space. - Creating high level strategic experience maps for the full Nissan end-to-end customer journey; from choosing your vehicle all the way through to ownership. This documentation was used by the client as an internal tool to gain visibility on gaps and opportunities and provide a clear direction of roadmap prioritisation. - Redesigning the NissanConnect India app, a connected car app allowing users to monitor and manage their Nissan from their smartphone. - Optimising the website for different markets across the global platform (Adobe Experience Manager) and ensuring that solutions are effective and scalable across multiple markets.     Tribal Worldwide is a digital agency that is part of the global DDB network, combining creativity and technology to create work that moves people and builds businesses. In this role, I was UX lead on the Volkswagen CMS migration project. Responsibilities included: - Redesigning key journeys within the Volkswagen.co.uk site including, but not limited to, Online Service Booking, Book a Test Drive, Find a Retailer and the Offers and Finance section. - Creating functional specs for all templates and components. This document was used as a “source of truth” across BA, Visual Design, Development and QA teams to build, validate and implement solutions. - Maintaining a strong understanding of legacy APIs, the new CMS platform (Jahia) and front-end frameworks (Polymer) to design solutions which balanced both best practice UX and scalability of build. - Engaging with clients and stakeholders through workshop facilitation to gather business requirements and validate that the strategic direction of the project was aligned with business, content author and end user requirements. - Undertaking a UX audit and heuristic review of the old site, using the analysis of existing content and design patterns to inform both the UX and content migration strategy of the project. Other projects at Tribal Worldwide: - I worked with another UX designer on a rapid website redesign for Wren Kitchens, delivering wireframes and functional specs for 12 templates and 70+ components within 6 weeks. Key areas of the site were covered, including the homepage, category landing page, listing page, product page, and appointment booking pages.
