As Digital Manager I am responsible for digital strategic and tactical recommendations, campaign management and the coordination of all digital activities related to my client portfolio. In regards to the campaign objectives, I recommend channels to be used (display advertising, SEA, SEO, affiliate programs, social marketing, mobile marketing, in-game advertising, etc.) in the most efficient way in order to meet our clients pre-defined goals business goals. I also challenge my client portfolio by integrating new technologies and driving innovation in data measurement between AdServers, CRM's, to establish new advertising insights and learnings. As Digital Manager, I am part of a team of 14 effectives, I also supervise 1FTE at operational level. Portfolio: C&A, SAP, Campari, De Lijn, Unilever, Volvo, Mazda, Lufthansa, EDF Luminus Next to my Digital Consultant function, I specialise in programmatic buying: PMP's and RTB (Real-Time Bidding) via Open/Private Exchanges. Developing prospecting and retargeting strategies for performance marketing approaches. Developing knowledge and skills set within Turn and AppNexus. Assisting in the ATD roll-out at Mindshare Belgium.
My main role at Social Lab Group was to assist our clients' communication strategies by creating advertising campaigns on Social networks and by helping them grow their presence and integrate a Social Advertising strategy in their global Marcom strategy. My focus was on Media Buying on different social platforms. This included briefing creation, creative proposals development, daily optimisations (including data analysis/extraction: Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Youtube Analytics,...) and data reporting as well as client presentations. As a Campaign Manager, I managed campaigns either on local or on the international market. Yearly budget management: > 1M€.
