Responsible for ensuring all the communication with our clients, being responsible
for the Portuguese and Dutch markets;
• Responsible for negotiating Uniplaces terms and conditions with our clients;
• Ensure that our clients’ satisfaction is high while solving though issues such as complaints
and cancellations;
• Establishing procedures amongst different teams;
• Responsible for training and assist new team members, giving them the bases to be a successful
account manager.
