About me
I am currently a reporter for Business Advice, whilst managing daily news and features content for the website I have also introduced new series to the publication’s content schedule. I am a trained journalist, graduating from Kingston University with a 2:1. I have previously worked on local newspapers, magazines and travel blogs. At The River and River Online, I was the features editor and a key source of bringing in human-interest stories and covering local news. I am proficient in finding, developing, writing and publishing my own original and audience engaging content, whether that is written or through multi-media platforms. I am a talented interviewer and news reporter, able to angle stories from an alternative viewpoint to get the best story. I am capable of 100 wpm shorthand, and I have a good understanding of InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro.

I manage daily news and features content for the website. The news I cover at Business Advice is aimed at small businesses, start-ups and entrepreneurs. Alongside this I source and create original features from interviewing interesting business owners. My series have focussed on more underrepresented groups in small business such as; women, young people and the LGBTQ community.
