    Reza"Reza" is made up of two textile samples of the project "Carmen". These pieces utilise a crepe base with pre-woven metallic thread, satin stitched with common embroidery thread and with thick metallic thread, chain-stitch made with metal purl (gold work technique), and leftover thread applied to the whole piece.     Few Can AffordProduction of the embroidered denim pieces going on sale for the brand’s AW18 collection. The job was fully realized with Irish Machine embroidery according to the specifications and detailed technical drawings provided by designers. It required extensive attention to quality control and finishes developed to an industrial standard.
  • Bruxas
    Bruxas"Bruxas" is a series of tests and textile samples that are part of the project "Carmen". They were all made with recycled leather, hand painted with plastisol paint (normally used for silk screen) and embroidered with industrial machines. The techniques used are satin stitches, satin stitches with EVA and cross stitch, all finished with Swarovski crystals.

    While assisting the head designer, I was involved in the development of collections for both brands, ÀLG (diffusion line) and À La Garçonne (main line), including collaborations with Hering, Ocean Pacific, Pakalolo, Olympikus, Hector Albertezzi and Melissa. - Management of interns and assignment of tasks for the team - Coordination of timelines and logistics to make sure prototype garments arrived on time for showroom sales and marketing actions - Fully responsible for checking technical drawings for internal and external manufacturing - Responsible for problem-solving any glitches in the prototyping process, coordinating multi-team actions that included fabric cutters, pattern makers, seamstresses and tailors. - Approving prototype garments for production during fittings. - Itemising lists for the buying staff to fulfill the design team’s needs, which included weekly and monthly orders of trims and fabrics - Occasional help to the print department to create trims (rubber patches, metal finishes and embroideries) and prints - Coordination of backstage during shows and shootings
