    I managed a team of 15 field sales executives. The field executives cover large and small retail outlets within their individual territories. I present feedback to National Management on a monthly basis and regularly lead, motivate and monitor staff performance to maximise sales performance across Ferrero’s leading brands such as Rocher, Nutella, Kinder, Tic Tac and Thornton’s. I have a proven track record of implementing effective sales techniques and procedures to exceed company targets on ROI across 3,000 plus accounts achieving 3:1 for London setting the new annual national milestone. I have excellent product, brand and commercial awareness, knowledge of marketing and sales strategies and a good understanding of the motivating factors, which influence customer purchases. I communicate regularly with each executive on their business plans and work hands on with each sales executive on a monthly basis, providing coaching and training to ensure they are meeting company expectations in store, building customer relationships and expand distribution of new and existing products. I conduct monthly team meetings where I appraise the previous month’s performance and issue the following month’s targets. I manage retail accounts to ensure all promotions set by the business are launched as per company guidelines, and I work very closely with the national account managers to feedback on the accounts that I manage. I carry out staff appraisals, probationary reviews and disciplinary meetings when required. I also plan and hold London recruitment waves, which consist of a 3-day process of interviews presentations and assessments for new sales vacancies within my region. I manage my own schedule usually 3 months in advance including one admin day at my home per week and work closely with developing training plans with the in house training team and part of conducting these are at our frequent team meetings, I ensure plans on regional briefs working alongside National account teams and managers to forecast and create future business plans and procedures. In my last monthly session London’s Kpi’s were focussed on Boxed Chocolates and the entire kinder range. London succeeded and contributed 63% of the National total, generating 2.5 Million from the London executives alone.
