- Paul Hollywood City Bakes AdvertWe produced an advert promoting the new & exclusive series 'Paul Hollywood City Bakes' for Food Network UK. We had two days in the studio with Paul Hollywood - one for the promo shoot and another for the photography stills. The set up was simple: we wanted Paul to be the focus. Slick, sleek and straightforward, he shows off his baking skills and attracts viewers to the channel with his piercing blue eyes. This was shot with an Arri Alexa. Along with the ad, we delivered: teasers, bumpers, quiz, idents, clip based promos... even digital billboards. Kudos to the team and everyone involved for pulling this off! The adverts and promos for this above the line campaign first TX'd on 4th April 2016. Key Skills: Shoot production (including pre-production, organising crew & studio, liaising with talent agents, post production & final delivery) Coordinated Clearcast approvals, and final delivery to various UK broadcasters such as: Sky, ITV, Channel 4, and Discovery. Creative Director: Pauline Russell Director: Laura Moka Production Manager: Kate Boddington DOP: Oliver Schofield Editor: Laverne Antoniou Production Coordinator: Carolina Bodmer Grade @ Smoke and Mirrors with Da Vinci Resolve Sound Design @ Envy Post
- Adam Richman Continuity'Adam Richman Weekend' TX'd on Easter Weekend 2015 on Food Network UK. We were fortunate to shoot with the man himself to support the programming stunt . We created bespoke links with Adam introducing all his programmes over the 3 day weekend. We shot with him in Manze’s pie and mash shop in Bermondsey. This was another tight turnaround as we shot on Monday 23rd March and had to deliver all the assets by 27th March.
- Food Network UK IdentsFood Network launched its brand new on-screen presentation on Tuesday 31st March 2015. We wanted to create a new look that is bright, fun, exciting and mouthwatering. The concept is that being around food is a great means of self-expression and the food that we create expresses who we aspire to be. We have created characters who are passionate and creative about what they do (artist, scientist, martial artist, conductor, dancer). They go from ordinary to extraordinary in our idents which gives us an insight into their personalities. They represent that Food Network is entertainment with food at it's heart. The idents were shot over 4 days in 4 different locations, all in real kitchens. And the whole refresh was turned around in 6 weeks.
- Follow DonalWe produced this to promote the new series of 'Follow Donal', starring the Irish chef Donal Skehan in which he accompanies food bloggers in European cities such as Budapest, Amsterdam and Krakow. We shot with Donal against green screen in sound-proof studio. Much of the work was done in post, using Flame to key out the green screen and AfterEffects to composite the GFX.
- Shed & BuriedWe produced an advert promoting the launch of 'Shed & Buried', a co-production between ITV4 and Travel Channel, featuring Henry Cole and his buddy, Sam Lovegrove. This was a two - day shoot on location, with the channel talent attending one of the days. Due to the unpredictable English weather we had to create rain with a hosepipe and also in post using Smoke to make the shots consistent. This was an extremely fast turnaround, shooting on 28th & 29th August and with the ATL marketing campaign kicking off on 10th September to support the show and to raise awareness of Travel Channel. This was broadcast across various channels including: ITV, C4, BSkyB, Discovery & Turner.
