  • ? Managed strategic marketing campaign for a portfolio of twelve shopping centres. ? Set a calendar of events for shopping centres including fashion shows, food festivals and children’s entertainment and all with retailer engagement and the requirements of the catchment in mind. ? Management of all agencies assigned to each shopping centre as well as any marketing support staff onsite at the centres. ? Briefing creative agencies for any artwork such as magazines, adverts and posters whilst working with brand identity and what appeals to the catchment. ? Working with stakeholders associated with each centre in order to find ways to mutually support and cross promote. ? Writing frequent reports for some centres and presenting them within an asset management meeting. ? Looking for opportunities to increase business within centres currently being worked on as well as acquiring new centres.

Managed the development of brand artwork including local press advertising, in-centre posters, billboards, magazine and look books. ? Management of social media channels and website content that produced strong organic growth and engagement and included writing targeted e-newsletters. ? Developed a joined up approach to managing the media buying, creative and PR agency in order maximise the effectiveness of each.
