• Forging strong relationships with (50+) clients and acting as the lead point of contact • Reporting on MoM and YoY client performance, highlighting key trends/areas of improvement and tailoring future campaigns to drive consumer interaction and revenue • Using MS Excel to identify areas to increase client sales/transaction development (Historical/Seasonal etc) • Managing, negotiating and planning client campaigns including promoting seasonal events through a wider suite of services • Negotiating commission increases and flat fees with retailers and agency networks • Working closely with Marketing, PR, SEO and Online Content teams to keep them updated throughout project cycle for any new developments and/or issues as they arise • Attending off-site events to promote brand and ensure presence in the market • Being aware of competitor activity and liaising with decision-makers to keep market presence and on the pulse in an ever changing industry.
• Managing multiple projects running simultaneously and ensuring objectives, budgets and targets for each are adhered to throughout the cycle. • Forging and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients whilst developing new business • Researching the market, organising and implementing multiple strategies to the needs of each project • Develop strategies and reports with Marketing, Editorial and Production Departments to ensure that strict revenue and deadlines are met smoothly. • Work closely with Finance Director to ensure that all revenue is recorded correctly through Engineshed software. • Working closely with the Editorial team to manage Social Media initiatives for each project
• Maintaining relationships with existing clients while consulting on budgets and negotiating rates for advertising campaigns. • Creating tailored pitches and advertising campaigns for business development initiatives. • Reaching strict and pressured monthly revenue targets and deadlines. • Continual research of the market for most effective revenue opportunities. • Revitalising lapsed business and ensuring client retention. • Maintaining client database with CRM software.
