Responsibility for after sales care, building client relationships and upholding client’s expectations of service. Working with products to maintain and care for stock within personal categories and throughout back of house. Personal responsibility for keeping up to date with collections and managing client books. Protecting the brand identity in all areas and following correct procedures for the brand as well as host store.
Based in Selfridges London. A New role for our Flagship Concession. Key Responsibilities are Management of Service Charter and Client Database. My focus is on Team Training to produce the best Sales Outcome and Exceed Client Expectations.
Based in our Canary Wharf Boutique E14 Responsibilities Include: Sales- Targets, KPI’s, Training, Profit and Loss, Estate Contribution. Stock Management- Stock movements, faults and quality feedback, managing stock loss and stock take. Stock holding and best sellers. Development PDRs for all team levels, Product & Service training; creating Brand Ambassadors for the future and coaching into management. Client Management- Database management & protection, VIP events, Relationship Management. Loyalty- Management of Company Loyalty schemes; creating, building and maintaining. Service- Ensuring the highest level of Luxury sales is provided through my team and expectations are exceeded. VM- Manage all VM within store including windows. Admin- All store admin including Payroll, Scheduling and HR. Security- All store security, cash handling & Health and Safety Host Centre- Manage relations between Myla & Canary Wharf Ltd.
Based in our Bond Street Boutique, Burlington Gardens W1
Working between all London Locations. Client Care, Bra Fittings, Stock control, Sales, Visual Merchandising, After sales care. Supervising the running of the shop, organising stock room and monitoring stock levels. Building customer relationships, Consistently Meeting and Exceeding sales Targets.
