A passionate and professional Event Organiser with over 6 years’ experience working at iconic community and heritage venue spaces within Melbourne, Australia. Have recently moved to London on a Tier 5 working visa to work on various event contracts in hope to expand my existing events portfolio. My background includes successfully coordinating multiple events at any given time including large multicultural festivals, exhibitions and installations, weddings, concerts, product launches and film festivals with attendances ranging from 6 – 30,000 and budgets of up to £40,000 organised with exceptional attention to detail, strong project management experience such as logistics, production and operational, acquisition and retention, great understanding of risk management and OH&S (holds Australian Certified Construction Induction Card, similar to IOSH), IT skills in event planning software (EBMS & Event Pro), client and supplier relationship management and communications.

  • Melbourne’s go to space for all events and entertainment (similar to Trafalgar Square), the site sits on over 3.8 hectares and holds eight unique venue spaces both indoor and outdoor. Federation Square, ranked the 6th top public square in the world by Landarcs, averages over 2,500 events per calendar year the space was purposely built for the community and can hold events from large festivals, concerts, exhibitions and installations, film festivals, PR experimental, conferences and discussions. Coordinator a large range of multi-cultural festivals, which provides an average 30,000 attendance per Festival weekend, concerts in the Main Square that involve international artist, large builds on display for days/ week long periods, and other involved/ or complex events.
